National Women's Health Week

OWH has developed a set of videos for NWHW aimed at empowering women with knowledge and dispelling stigma around women’s health issues.

Maternal Mental Health: Know the Signs. Reach Out for Help.

Anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns are very common among pregnant and postpartum people. Increasing awareness about warning signs and resources for support help women and their families manage mental health challenges. Highlighting quotes from women with lived experience, this animated video shows women that they are not alone, encourages them to speak out, and provides resources for support.
