Aging is a natural part of life, and it's up to us to make the most of it. To me, that means being active and feeling my best. No matter your age, you can feel your best, too! Here are six easy ways you can stay active and healthy in 2015.

At 14, I never would have guessed that setting the volleyball, swinging the softball bat, or biking around the park could mean so much. Back then, just playing on a team with my peers was its own reward. Now, though, I can confidently look back and say those youth sports experiences helped to shape me into the person I've become — an athlete and achiever for life.
It can be difficult to incorporate new habits into an already overextended life, with work demands, harrowing commutes, busy families, hobbies (hopefully!), volunteer activities, and the curse of constant connectivity. So I like to think of January as a time to review my accomplishments from the previous year, focusing on what I achieved instead of what I did not.
