Mission statement: The Foundation for Rape Information and Services (FRIS) is a network of nine sexual assault service providers throughout the state of West Virginia. In addition to coordinating the funding and statewide awareness campaigns for the nine rape crisis centers, FRIS also facilitates a variety of projects.
