Description: Mark your calendars now to attend our 2nd Annual Women's Health Fair at Abiding Christ Lutheran Church on Saturday, May 11, 2013. Our theme is "A Wise Woman Builds Her House" based on Proverbs 14:1. A variety of health and well being opportunities will be available such as screening for diabetes, high blood pressure, HIV, and depression. Information booths will be available where you can learn about such topics as nutrition, smoking cessation, stress management, and exercise. Women with babies will find information about issues like potty training, developmental milestones, and questions to ask your pediatrician, and there will be a children’s area. In addition, a 1K walk and 5K Fun Run will begin at 10:00 am. The event is free and open to all members of the community!
