Erectile Dysfunction (ED)

Participants in this study of erectile dysfunction will receive study related health assessments, potential compensation for time and travel of up to $300, and study medication at no cost.

Opioid-Induced Constipation

This study will evaluate an investigational drug, given daily by injection, for opioid-induced constipation (OIC) in men and women with non-cancer related pain.

High Cholesterol and Cardiovascular Disease or Type 2 Diabetes

This study is for people who are taking medication to treat high cholesterol, but who also have either cardiovascular disease or type 2 diabetes. Participants will receive study related medication, physical exams, and blood tests at no cost.
