Parenting

Whether you are a parent of a child with a disability or you are a parent with a disability, raising a child is both a joy and a challenge. Be honest with yourself about what you're feeling and your needs, share your feelings with others, and make sure to take good care of yourself. And don't be afraid to ask for help.
