Mission Statement

The mission of Disability and Health is to foster the development of knowledge and interventions needed to reduce and prevent secondary conditions among persons with congenital or acquired physical, cognitive, or sensory impairments, thereby promoting and maintaining the health, productivity, independence, and quality of life of those individuals.
