Mission Statement

The Rural Information Center Health Service, known as RICHS, is a joint project of the Office of Rural Health Policy, HHS, and the National Agricultural Library, USDA. Operating as part of the Rural Information Center, RICHS collects and disseminates information on rural health issues. (Org does not have pamplets in Spanish.
