Women are living longer than ever before. A woman who is 65 today can expect to live, on average, another 19 years to age 84. Yet, the aging process begins long before a woman reaches her senior years. A healthy lifestyle at all stages of life will help you to stay active, healthy, and productive as you age. It can prevent or delay the onset of some health problems that are common in older women. You also will have the energy you need to plan for and enjoy life as an older adult.
